I just realized I haven’t been blogging for a while, and now here I am enjoying my pizza and a movie on a chilly San Franciscan Night (ref. bottom of this post). Things has just been really busy indeed. With school and everything it’s basically taking up all my spare time causing less sleep, and making things a bit stressful during the week. Sometimes I have homework stalking me through the weekends too. But I don’t mind, school is only 15 weeks each semester, and I’m already 4 weeks in. Soon midterm is coming up, so I’ve already got one of the assignments out of four.

On top of everything I’ve gotten three requests from clients back home to design or build websites for them, so I’m just trying to do as much as possible these days. Weather hasn’t been that good the last weeks, so there’s at least one less distraction to worry about.

A friend of Mari came to San Fran a few days ago, he’s already on his way to his next destination, but at least we had the chance to enjoy dinner at Chutney, me and Bjørn’s favourite restaurant. The manager recognizes us everytime now, so that’s kind of embarassing. Anyways, school is taking up all of my shedule, but I’m doing well so far. I feel I’m in controll, except from my photography class. I don’t really get the assignments, and my professor is crazy, but cool :) – So I guess we’ll see about that one.

I’ve barely talked to a few of my friends and relatives back home, and it seems all I hear about is the olympics, and the massive amounts of snow.. So I can’t really complain about the few days of rain I’ve had so far. Some of my best friends are booking their flight today in order to come see me during the summer, which I’m looking very much forward to. Also the fact that Mari will spend pretty much all of July here with me, and overlapping with the other guys. So it looks like all of us will be spending 4th of July in San Francisco.. That’s going to be awesome.

I could probably write forever, but there is one last thing I’ve noticed over here in terms of my profession, and that is that every single online social media or web agency has offices in San Francisco, more specifically in SoMa (South of Market), which is again where I have class 4 out of 5 days a week.. It’s like a social media mekka.. San Francisco is the place to be.

I recently ordered a dirt cheap mini-handheld HD video camera, so I’ll be putting more video and stuff on here once they get it back in stock and ship it to me. It was only $180 bucks on Amazon.com, and it’s a Kodak Zi8, and is capable of storing up to 10 hours of HD video at a time. Look forward to showing you guys the basics of my everyday life.
